You can scan barcodes on the web using a scanner gun connected to your computer (USB or Bluetooth), both when selling and when registering products or purchases. What the web doesn't have is camera scanning, which is phone-only, and push notifications. We recommend using the mobile app as your main tool and the web version as a complement from your computer.

The web version keeps form data (such as sales, quotes, or expenses in progress) in the browser's memory while you navigate. If you refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R), the browser restarts the application and unsaved data is lost. To avoid this, make sure to save your record before refreshing the page.
You can navigate normally. The web version behaves like any modern site: the browser's back and forward buttons, history and direct links to a screen all work fine. You can also use the internal controls, such as the “Back” button in the top bar or the sidebar menu. The only thing worth remembering is to save what you're entering before reloading the page, because a half-filled form isn't kept on reload.
Some screens require prior data to work correctly (for example, a sale detail or product search). If you use the browser's back button instead of the application's controls, you may reach a screen without the necessary data. If this happens, use the sidebar menu to return to the main section.
If you close the tab or browser while creating a sale, quote, or expense, unsaved data will be lost. All information you have previously saved (completed sales, created products, etc.) remains safe in the cloud. Only data from records you haven't finished with the Save button will be lost.
If you do not sign in for 24 consecutive months, your business information (products, sales, expenses, customers and suppliers) may be permanently deleted. Before deleting data from a business with recorded information, we send a notice to the email address of your account at least 30 days in advance. Your login account is not deleted: you can sign in again whenever you want and create a new business. To keep your information, simply open the application from time to time.
